Know Here- How to Kill or Remove Duplicate Outlook Items from Outlook PST file

Install and Run Aryson Duplicate Killer for Outlook.

Select the option Single File or Multiple File Folder and click the Browse button to add the PST file(s).

After adding the file, click on the Log and Temp button and select the saving path for the Log & Temp file.

Now, click the Next button to process the selected PST files.

After processing, the software will display the mailbox folders of selected PST files in a tree structure.

Check the folder and click on the Next button. (Software enables users to preview the email. Double tap on any mailbox folder and select the email that you want to preview)

Tick the feature Mail & Task filter feature to find and remove or kill duplicate email and tasks within a date range.

In the next step, select the given option (Mail, Calendar, Task, Contacts) in which you need to find and remove duplicate items.

Also, the software offers a feature to Remove attachments. Besides, if you need to save removed attachments in a separate folder then check for Save attachments.

Select anyone option either Search duplicate item within the folder or Search duplicate across PST file.

Click on the Specify duplicate criteria to customize the option for removing duplicates.

Click the displayed option Mail, Calendar, Task, and Contact. Now, select the below-displayed checkbox of each option.

Now, choose the option that you want to apply on Duplicate data items.

If selecting for the option Make a New folder then enter the name of the folder.

Click on the Path to save button and choose the saving path.

After that, click on the Next button to start the process.

Here, you can view the running status. Tap the Stop button to close the running process.

After the final completion of the process, click on the Download report button to view the process details in CSV formats. Home to visit the software Homepage and Exit to close the software.
