How to Restore Emails from Outlook OST Files?

Steps to recover and restore emails from OST files

STEP 1

Download and Install Aryson OST Recovery Tool. Run it as Administrator.

STEP 2

Click on the Open button, a pop-up wizard will appear.

STEP 3

Now, select the OST file from which you need to recover the emails.

STEP 4

After that, choose the recovery mode. (Standard, Advanced, Deep)

STEP 5

In the next step, you can view the OST file details. Also, the option to change them according to requirement.

Within a few moments, the software will scan the selected OST file. Tap on the Ok button.

Here, you can preview the content of the emails in between the recovery process.

Click on the Save Snapshot option to save the snapshot of recovered emails. (You can Load the taken snapshot to recover emails from the same OST file)

Tap the Export button to save the emails of OST files in the .html extension.

After that, tick the folders from the displayed tree structure.

At last, tap the Save button and choose the path to save the output files. Additionally, select the saving formats as MBOX and other features from the software. Click OK.
