Software Working Process
Step 1: Download and install the Aryson EPUB Converter Tool on your system.
Step 2: The center section includes Active Conversions, where users can track current jobs and their progress.
Step 3: At the bottom, the Input Source and Destination panels allow users to select files and choose the desired output format.
Step 4: Source File: Option to drag and drop the EPUB file or use “Browse File” to select it manually.
Step 5: The "Preview File” button allows users to check the selected file before conversion (inactive until a file is added).
Step 6: Destination Folder
- Let users choose where the converted file will be saved.
- The “Browse Folder” button helps in selecting the desired output location.
Step 7: Output format: From the dropdown menu, select the required format (we use PDF).
Step 8: Action Buttons
- Reset: Clears all selected inputs and settings.
- Start Conversion: Begins the conversion process (enabled after completing required selections).
Step 9: Conversion Logs Section
- Displays real-time logs of the conversion process.
- Helps users track progress and identify any errors.
- “Clear Logs” button removes previous log history.
Step 10: Click on the Start Conversion button to begin the conversion process. After completion, it will show a conversion complete.

- File Path: Shows the location of the selected EPUB files.
- Size: Displays the file size of each EPUB document.
- Format: Indicates the original file format (EPUB).
- Status: Displays the current processing status, such as Pending, Completed, or Failed.
Step 5: File Management Options: Several action buttons are available above the queue table:
- Add Files: Allows users to browse and add individual EPUB files for conversion.
- Add Folder: Imports an entire folder containing multiple EPUB files at once.
- Clear All: Removes all added files from the conversion queue instantly.
Step 6: A dropdown menu labeled OUTPUT FORMAT lets users choose the desired export format. In the screenshot, PDF is selected as the output format.
Step 7: Destination Folder: This section helps users define the folder location where converted files will be saved.
- Select destination folder: Displays the chosen output path.
- Browse Folder: Opens the system directory browser to select a storage location for converted files.
Step 8: Click on the Start Bulk Conversion button to begin the process.
Step 9: Queue Table Management: The main portion of the center panel contains a detailed table that displays information related to each conversion task. Every added file appears as a separate row with multiple status indicators.
- Task ID displays a unique identification number for each conversion task
- File Name shows the selected EPUB files added for conversion.
- Size indicates the original EPUB file size,
- Format displays the selected output format as PDF.
- Status Column shows the current conversion status, with completed tasks highlighted in green.
- Progress Column represents the completion percentage through blue progress bars reaching 100%.
- Elapsed Time Tracking records the total conversion duration for each task.
- Output Path Information displays the destination folder path where converted PDF files are stored.
Step 10: Action Buttons: Two management buttons appear at the bottom-right corner of the panel:
- Cancel All: Allows users to stop all active conversion tasks instantly during the conversion process.
- Clear Queue History: Removes completed conversion records from the queue to keep the workspace clean and organized.
