Ans. Certainly. The software doesn't rely on the filename to identify a file's format. Instead, it checks the file's internal signature, so mailbox files without a proper extension still load and convert correctly.

Ans. During loading, the software automatically detects corrupted, invalid, or locked PST and OST files, skips them, and records the reason in the log. Locked OST files are read safely without requiring Outlook to be closed. In order to recover the corrupted MBOX , PST, OST or OLM files, you can explore various other utilities provided by Aryson.

Ans. Folders loaded from PST, OST, or OLM sources are shown in bold text within the folder tree. Any folder or email that contains an attachment is highlighted in yellow for easy spotting before conversion.
