For Drive, the File Type Filter restricts migration to Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, or custom extensions, while min/max file size filters exclude files outside a defined range. This precise control avoids unnecessary data in the final migration.
Skip Duplicates & Skip Folders/Sections
The Skip Duplicates filter detects existing items in the destination using criteria such as name, size, modification time, or checksum (drive) and standard email properties (mailbox), preventing redundant data transfer. Even the skip folders / skip drive sections let users exclude specific Gmail categories or Drive areas—such as Spam, Trash, or Shared with Me—from the migration entirely.
Attachment Handling & Folder Hierarchy
A dedicated Skip Attachments checkbox lets users migrate emails without attachments, reducing output size and speeding up processing. Save Attachments Separately stores attachments in a dedicated folder at the chosen destination. The Preserve Folder Hierarchy option ensures the original Gmail label structure and Google Drive folder structure stay fully intact throughout migration.
Custom Folder Naming & Output Organisation
Users can assign a custom name to the output folder and choose any destination path on their system for saving results. Split Resultant File breaks large PST or other output files into smaller parts based on a specified size. The Merged PDF Size limit option splits large merged PDF exports into parts (max 500 MB per file), keeping every migration clearly organized.
