Your mailbox has been temporarily moved on Microsoft exchange server

Method 1: Enable Cached Exchange Mode

  1. Close Microsoft Outlook and then press the Windows button and open Control Panel.

  4. Now, a Change Account window is opened.

  8. Now, choose “Always use this profile” option and then click on the OK button.

Method 3: Delete all the Outlook profiles apart from the primary profile

  1. Close the Microsoft Outlook application and then click on the Windows button on the main screen.
  2. Open the Control Panel and then go to the Mail options.
  3. In the Mail setup window, click on the Show Profiles button.
  4. Select the profile that is creating a problem and then press the Remove button.
  5. Now, you’ll be prompted with a message “Careful, if you remove this profile, offline cached content for its accounts will be deleted”. Click on the Yes button.
  6. Repeat the procedure for all the profiles apart from the primary one.
  7. Now restart the Outlook and check whether it starts working.

Method 4: Use scanpst.exe

Microsoft Outlook provides an in-built Inbox Repair Tool that helps in scanning and repairing corrupted PST file.
