5. A new saving tab will open.

It also allows to set up Automatic Archival, which will automatically save an email in a PDF format whenever a new email is generated. It makes the process considerably simpler and more automated to carry out. After that, you can effortlessly carry Outlook email files in PDF format.

1. In Outlook, select the emails in PST File to convert.
2. Click on the File tab from the ribbon and hit the Print button.
