At first, connect the USB drive to your Mac system.
Run the Entourage email application.
Under the Menu bar, go to the File tab and click on Export.
Select the option “Export items to an Entourage archive” and further select All Items.
Now, go to the right arrow at the bottom of the window and select the USB drive as a destination location. After that, hit a click on the Export button.
Disconnect and remove the USB drive from your Mac. Attach it to a Windows system and open the MS Outlook.
In the Outlook, click on File and select the Import option.
Now, choose the option Entourage Information from an Archive or Earlier Version and move to ‘right arrow’ icon located at the bottom of the wizard.
Choose the Entourage archive RGE file and again click on right arrow icon at the window bottom.
Click on the checkboxes present i.e. emails, calendars, signatures, contacts, tasks, account notes, scrapbook clippings etc. associated with Entourage. Once you select these items by clicking on the checkboxes, move to the right arrow icon to proceed.
Now, click on the Browse option to select the USB drive option in the window dialog box. Furthermore, go to the RGE file that was saved earlier and hit a click on the Choose option.
Click on the Finish tab to export the Entourage data to Windows Outlook.

Method 2: The Automated method to Convert Emails from Entourage to Outlook
