1. First, run MS Outlook 2010.
2. Open the Windows Live Mail; navigate Filemenu, click on Export emails,and then click on Email messages.
3. The Windows Live Mail Exportwizard will appear, in this choose Microsoft Exchangefrom the given options and click on the Next button.
4. The Export Messagesdialog box prompts. Click on OKto continue.
5. Choose Outlookfrom the enlisted profile names from the Choose Profiledialog box

Note: Generally, the Outlook profile is the default selected.

6. Finally, click on the OKbutton to export Thunderbird to PST.
7. Choose the folder which is to be exported to MS Outlook from Windows Live Mail and click on OK. The selected mail folder will be transferred to the desired MS Outlook profile.
