Lotus Notes and MS Outlook both provide a collaborative platform for email communication inside and outside an organization. Lotus Notes uses an NSF file format and operates in synchronization with the Lotus Domino server. Simultaneously, MS Outlook uses PST file format and operates in synchronization with MS Exchange Server.
However, due to some excellent features and ease of use, many users favor working in MS Outlook over Lotus Notes. Step 3: Select the “Import/Export” option.
Step 4: A wizard box will appear; here, you have to choose ‘Import from another program or file’ and hit ‘Next.’
Step 5:After that, in the ‘Import a file’ dialogue box, ‘select comma-separated values (Windows)’ and then ‘Next.’
Step 6: Now, instantly locate the file you had saved earlier, and click “Next.”
Step 7: Select the location where you need to import the data and click “Next.”
Step 8: At last, hit on Finish
