How to Converts Mac OLM File to PST & other file formats?

STEP 1

Download & Run Aryson OLM Converter Tool.

STEP 2

Select File Options, and using Browse Button to open OLM File.

Note: If you want to select multiple OLM file then follow the steps:

Choose options Multiple Files/Folder and click on the next button.

Click on the Select Files button and open the multiple OLM files.

STEP 3

Now click on the Next button, and select the Mailboxes of OLM file.

STEP 4

Now choose Saves/Backup/Migrate As options from dropdown list.

Saved/Backup/Migrate As :-

If select PST from Saved/Backup/Migrate As options then follow the steps to produce the conversion process.

Now follow the steps to Save OLM Mailboxes as PST Fie:-

STEP 5

Choose PST from Saves/Backup/Migrate As options from dropdown list.

STEP 6

Check out the box of Remove Duplicate Mail options the removes the duplicate email items before conversion of OLM file.

STEP 7

Select “Maintain Folder Hierarchy” then resultant mailboxes has same as previous folder hierarchy.

STEP 8

To export OLM mailboxes to Outlook PST to the date range then choose the “Date and Task Filter” option.

STEP 9

Select the “Custom Folder Name” and give the folder name where you want to save the converted OLM file as PST file.

STEP 10

Click on the Save to Path button to defined the location where you save the resultant file.

STEP 11

Click on the Convert button then the conversion process becomes started.

STEP 12

Now, you can download the conversion report, and click on the Convert Again button then process will restart for another file format.

Saved/Backup/Migrate As :-

If select PDF from Saved/Backup/Migrate As options then follow the steps to produce the conversion process.

Now follow the steps to Save OLM Mailboxes as PDF File:-

STEP 5

Choose PDF from Saves/Backup/Migrate As options from dropdown list.

STEP 6

Choose Gmail from Saves/Backup/Migrate As options from dropdown list.

STEP 6

Enter Gmail ID (Email Address), and Third Party Password then click on Sign In button.

STEP 7

Check out the Remove Duplicate Mail options then remove the duplicate emails from the resultant mailboxes.

STEP 8

Check out the Maintain Folder Hierarchy options, then resultant mailboxes will the same as previous.

STEP 9

To export OLM email into Gmail Account to the date range then choose the “Date and Task Filter” option.

STEP 10

Select the “Custom Folder Name” and give the folder name where you want to save the OLM Mailboxes into Gmail Account.

STEP 11

Click on the Convert button then OLM Mailboxes Migrates into Gmail Account Successfully.

STEP 12

Click on the Convert Again button then process will restart for another file format and email clients.

Saved/Backup/Migrate As :-

If select Office 365 from Saved/Backup/Migrate As options then follow the steps to produce the migrate OLM mailboxes into Office 365.

Now follow the steps to migrate OLM mailbox into Office 365:-

STEP 5

Choose Office 365 from Saves/Backup/Migrate As options from dropdown list.

STEP 6

Enter Office 365 and Password then click on Sign In button.

STEP 7

Check out the Remove Duplicate Mail options then remove the duplicate emails from the resultant mailboxes.

Check out the Maintain Folder Hierarchy options, then resultant mailboxes will the same as previous.

To Migrate OLM mailbox into Office 365 Account to the date range then choose the “Date and Task Filter” option.

STEP 10

Select the “Custom Folder Name” and give the folder name where you want to migrate the OLM Mailboxes into Office 365 Account.

STEP 11

Click on the Convert button then Migrate OLM Mailboxes into Office 365 Account Successfully.

STEP 12

Click on the Convert Again button then process will restart for another file format and email clients.
