Complete Step-by-Step Guide for Aryson MSG Viewer

Step 1: Download the Aryson MSG Viewer and Mark Single File/Multiple File or Select Folder accordingly>> Next.

Step 2: Here, you will get different buttons for different operations as follows:

• Select File: Browse and choose a specific file from your computer.
• Select Folder: Allows you to pick an entire folder and add all supported files inside it.
• Remove: Deletes the selected file or folder from the software’s list.
• Remove All: Clear all files and folders from the added list of MSG files.

Step 3: Browse your computer and choose the MSG file you want to view. Click Open to add them.

Step 4: Now, you can see the list of MSG files with Serial No, Name, File Path, File Type, along with Size>>Next.

Step 5: Preview the email’s subject, sender, attachment recipients, date, and message body in the preview pane.

Step 6: After previewing, mark the saving option of file formats and choose the desired format from the drop-down list.

Step 7: Next, utilize the advanced feature of the software according to your requirement.

• Remove Duplicate Emails: To identify and remove duplicate emails automatically.
• Save all PDF Attachments in a Separate Folder: Extracts all PDF attachments from emails and saves them in a dedicated folder.
• Migrate or Backup Emails without Attachment File: Migrate or Backup only MSG emails and exclude attachments.
• Skip Previous Migration: Prevents already migrated emails from being migrated again.
• Extract Emails from MSG File: Option to extract MSG emails and save them in CSV and XLSX.

Step 8: Extract MSG data [ Emails, Phone Number, URL, Attachment ] and save data as CSV & XLSX.

Step 9: Pick the extensive feature of the software to organize data in a better way:

• Date Filter
• Naming Convention
• Custom Folder Name

Step 10: Next, assign the path for the resultant data and save it in your preferred location.

Step 11: Click on the Convert Button and begin the conversion procedure of your MSG file.

Step 12: Now, you can see the real-time process of conversion on this panel.

Step 13: When the process completes, you will get the notification " Process has completed>>Ok.

Step 14: It will list the converted data. Click Download Report to save them locally.
