Easily view MBOX files, including emails and attachments, on Windows, Mac, and Linux. This software allows users to preview MBOX mailbox data without requiring any email client installation.
Step 1:Download and install the Aryson MBOX Viewer Tool on your system.
Step 2:Open the application and run it with administrator privileges (or continue with the demo version ).
Step 3: Import MBOX data using available options:
Step 4: Browse your system, select the required MBOX file or folder, and click Open to load it into the tool.
Step 5:After loading, the MBOX files are shown in a structured table for easy review.
Once verified, click Proceed to continue.

Step 12:Enable Skip Existing Exports to avoid exporting duplicate files already processed earlier.
Step 13: Manage attachments using Attachment Handling options—export separately, embed, or exclude them from emails.
Step 14:Use Duplicate Detection to identify and remove duplicate emails based on fields like To, From, Subject, Body, and CC.
Step 15:Apply PST Segmentation to split large PST files into smaller parts based on MB or GB size for better performance.
Step 16:Click on the Browse button to select the destination path for saving output files.
