You can find this folder adjacent to all the folders that are present in Outlook. If by any chance, you are not able to synchronize the folders with the above solutions. Then, probably your OST file is corrupt or damaged. To counter this problem the method mentioned below can create a new OST file and synchronize the offline folders again.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Offline Synchronization<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Step 1:<\/strong> On your PC, exit all the running applications and click on the Windows <strong>Start<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2: <\/strong>Find <strong>Search<\/strong> and click on the Files or Folders.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 3:<\/strong> Now, In the search box, <strong>select<\/strong> All files and folders.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 4:<\/strong> Type *.ost in the tab- All or part of the file name.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 5:<\/strong> Click on the drive in your <strong>Look Into<\/strong> list.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 6:<\/strong> Under<strong> More Advanced<\/strong> options, mark on the checkbox of <strong>Include Subfolders <\/strong>and click on <strong>Search<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 7: <\/strong>Look for the<strong> .ost <\/strong>file in the Name column.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 8:<\/strong> Click on <strong>Rename<\/strong> after you have right-clicked on the .ost file and rename it with a different extension.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 9:<\/strong> Click on <strong>Close<\/strong> and then start Outlook.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 10:<\/strong> In the<strong> Tools<\/strong> menu, go to the Send<strong>\/Receive<\/strong> option and click on <strong>Send\/Receive All<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Once you have completed all the above steps, see the lower-right corner of the screen.
