You need to be a member of the eDiscovery Manager for using eDiscovery features.<\/li><li>In the eDiscovery Manager window, add the account to the eDiscovery Administrator. For doing so, click on the Edit button.<br><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.arysontechnologies.com\/how-to\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/4-1.jpg\"><\/li><li>After doing that, click on the Search &amp; Investigation and then select the Content Search.<\/li><li>Now in the Security and Compliance window, click on the New Search button.<br><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.arysontechnologies.com\/how-to\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/5-1.jpg\"><\/li><li>Now the Content Search window is opened. In that select mailbox data that needs to be exported. In the location, select either All locations or Specify locations.<ul><li>If you choose All locations and then it will take a lot of time to search SharePoint Online and Public Folders database.<\/li><li>If you choose Specific locations then click on the Modify locations. Here, you can select Exchange email or other options like Skype, etc.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>You can filter your search options like time ranges, Keyword, etc. You can also press the Add button to add other conditions as required.<\/li><li>For including all the mailbox data, you can simply click on the Save button.<\/li><li>Now, a search will be started. Go to the Content Search window and choose your required search by pressing the refresh button.<\/li><li>Mailbox PST Backup window is now opened. Press the More button and then click on the export results.<\/li><li>Now, the Export Results window is opened.
