One is by directly exporting the mailbox to Outlook and another one is by converting the Gmail mailbox to PST format and then import it to the Outlook. You can go for any one of these methods and they are easy to perform.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Using_Outlook_Email_Client\"><\/span><strong>Using Outlook Email Client<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>For exporting all the emails of Gmail to an Outlook email client, you do need the Outlook environment setup on your system. Then, as per your operating system follow the steps:<\/p>\n<p><strong>First, you need to configure Gmail account on Outlook:<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"For_Windows_Export_Emails_from_Gmail_to_PST\"><\/span>For Windows: Export Emails from Gmail to PST<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Follow the Steps to Export Gmail Emails into PST on Windows<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Launch Outlook on your system and click on <strong>File &gt; Add Account<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the Gmail Profile email address to import and click on the <strong>Connect<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<li>Now, enter the password on the Gmail Verification window and hit <strong>Sign in<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>If you have activated the 2-step authentication then complete that too.<\/li>\n<li>Now, <strong>allow<\/strong> all the permissions for the Google account.<\/li>\n<li>Soon, Outlook will add your Gmail Account.
